The Royal Mail Special Delivery Service provides compensation cover for loss or damage to your items in transit up to a value of £2500. You will need to keep your receipt and make your claim with The Royal Mail in case there is damage or loss in transit. Your items will also be insured whilst in our possession up to the maximum limit of the market price of the item(s) at the time the items are received by us.
We will keep you informed along every step of the process and will email you as soon as we have received your delivery.
If you expect that the value of your gold will exceed £2500, do not send your items in one Special Delivery Envelope. Please contact us and we will arrange for you to have a second Gold to Cash pack, you will then split your items between the two special delivery envelopes.
This depends on the weight and carat of your gold. Our rates are what you would expect from any of our high street stores. We will contact you by e-mail on receipt of your item(s) with the definite offer and if you are in agreement will issue a cheque for this amount.

Yes we do. Simply include any platinum jewellery with your gold. This will be weighed and tested and we will contact you with the amount you will receive.
Yes we do however for this you would need to visit your local Money Shop store where the diamonds would be evaluated and you will be given a price for your items there and then.
It's easy! The carat is shown by a 3 digit number in the hallmark, for example
375 = 9 carat
585 = 14 carat
750 = 18 carat
916 = 22 carat
